Collaboration Between IGU and South Korea Offers Dual Degree Opportunities to Students!

Advancing with the vision of becoming a global university, Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) continues to expand its international education network. A new collaboration agreement with Namseoul University, one of South Korea's prestigious institutions, will offer unique opportunities to students in our Hair Care and Beauty Services program.

Founded in 1994 as Seoul Industrial University and renamed Namseoul University in 1998, this esteemed institution is renowned for its quality education in fields such as Beauty and Health, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Information Technology. Through this collaboration, associate degree students in IGU's Hair Care and Beauty Services program will have the opportunity to complete their education and obtain a bachelor's degree at Namseoul University.

Dual Degree Opportunity!

Students who complete their 2-year associate degree at Istanbul Gelişim University will have the chance to study for two more years at Namseoul University and graduate with a 4-year bachelor's degree. As a result of this collaboration, IGU students will earn both an associate degree from IGU and a bachelor's degree from Namseoul University.

Studying at Namseoul University will provide students with not only academic knowledge but also cultural enrichment. Learning in South Korea's dynamic and innovative educational environment will broaden our students' horizons and help them start their careers with a strong foundation. Thus, students will graduate as well-equipped and competitive individuals on an international level.
