Dr. Fatih Kılıç’s TÜBİTAK 4009 Project “From the Steppe to the Sky” Receives Funding

Launched for the first time this year, the TÜBİTAK 4009 Program aims to bring project-based activities in science, technology, and education to students and local communities in village schools. The program seeks to increase awareness of science and technology, strengthen scientific literacy, and facilitate a better understanding of scientific concepts through interactive applications and activities.

 

The “From the Steppe to the Sky” project is planned to be implemented between 22–24 September 2026 at Şehit Ayhan Keleş Primary and Secondary School, located in Kurancılı Town of Kaman District, Kırşehir. Through the project, students studying in the village school will have the opportunity to become more familiar with the field of aviation, learn fundamental scientific concepts through hands-on experiences, and develop new aspirations for their future.
