Specializing in aviation management, air transportation, and aviation security, Dr. Zajac met with students and academic staff during his visit. As part of the Aviation Rules and Regulations course taught by Dr. Fatih Kılıç, he delivered a seminar on “Passenger Security at Airports.” During the seminar, Dr. Zajac shared recent developments in international aviation security practices and provided students with valuable insights based on his academic and professional experience.
Following the seminar, Dr. Zajac visited Istanbul Gelisim University’s practical training facilities, including the aircraft hangar, aircraft-engine workshop, and mock-up workshop. During the visit, he was informed about the university’s practice-oriented educational infrastructure.
The visit provided students with an opportunity to gain insight into academic approaches and industry practices in different countries while also contributing to the strengthening of academic cooperation between the two higher education institutions.
