IGU BUSINESS CLUB

CLUB AIM: To enable students to combine their theoretical knowledge with practice, to develop an entrepreneurial spirit and encourage innovative thinking, to organize seminars, talks and career events with professionals from the business world, and to strengthen students’ leadership, teamwork and communication skills.

CLUB AIM: To increase students’ entrepreneurial awareness and culture, to encourage innovative and creative thinking, and to provide knowledge about developing business ideas, creating business models and start-up processes.

CLUB AIM: To bring together students interested in esports and create a competitive, social and sustainable gaming culture; and to contribute to the development of students’ strategic thinking, teamwork and digital skills.

Event Title: Advertising Analysis Workshop

Event Topic: Current advertising videos were examined in terms of target audience, main message, creative strategy, persuasive elements and semiotic layers of meaning.

Event Topic: The event discussed the importance of independent auditing in businesses, its contribution to financial reporting, the responsibilities and ethical obligations of auditors, and the use of artificial intelligence in auditing.

Event Topic: Within the joint project carried out with HfWU, students were supported in developing business plans, making presentations, improving teamwork and applying theory into practice.

Event Topic: In-store visibility, POSM applications, shelf placement, category management, shopper marketing and consumer behavior were discussed within the scope of retail marketing.
