Say Yachting Event

The team-building event titled “Ben Saydım, Sen de Saydın Mı?”
 was organized in collaboration with our external stakeholder, Say Yachting, and the Department of Business Administration. The event aimed to help students develop their effective communication, active listening, and strategic collaboration skills through practical activities.

During the event, participants worked in teams to complete various communication and problem-solving tasks and achieve shared objectives. Throughout the process, they had the opportunity to experience essential elements of teamwork, including accurate information sharing, active listening, coordination, time management, and strategic decision-making. To complete the tasks successfully, participants observed firsthand the importance of establishing trust-based communication among team members, developing effective plans, and working collaboratively.

Through interaction-based group activities, students experienced a working approach that prioritized not only individual performance but also team success. They also gained experience in evaluating different perspectives, making collective decisions, and adapting to changing circumstances. Held in an enjoyable and competitive atmosphere, the event strengthened participants’ communication skills while providing a productive learning environment that supported strategic thinking, coordination, and team spirit.
