A Research Assistant at the Department of Business Administration, Ömer Gizlier, Attended an International Congress
Ömer Gizlier, a research assistant at the Department of Business Administration, participated in the congress called ‘‘2. International EMI Entrepreneurship and Social Sciences Congress’’ and presented his full text paper successfully.
Res. Assist. Ömer Gizlier presented his full text paper called ''The Effect of Perceived Overqualification on Employees Careerism Tendency and Social Loafing Behaviors'' successfully at the congress hosted by Nevsehir Haci Bektas Veli University.
The congress, which included original scientific studies from all fields of social sciences, took place with the intense participation of academicians from many countries.
