GDP increased by 1.2 percent in the fourth quarter of 2021, according to a report published by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). There was a 1.1 percent increase in the preceding period. Annual growth was 4.9 percent.
The growth rate for the second quarter of the year was revised from 0.9 percent to 1.1 percent on a quarterly basis and from 4.5 percent to 4.7 percent on an annual basis.
