 The Most Complained Companies of 2021


One of the most difficult periods for humanity has almost been left behind. Just like the previous year, 2021 has been an extraordinary year in which our daily lives have changed almost completely, has been quite difficult for both our world and us living beings. Besides living beings, for companies, these years have been challenging too.


One of the most difficult periods for humanity has almost been left behind. Just like the previous year, 2021 has been an extraordinary year in which our daily lives have changed almost completely, has been quite difficult for both our world and us living beings. Besides living beings, for companies, these years have been challenging too. Şikayetvar, an important solution platform for consumers, has prepared a report showing the status of its companies in the first 6 months of 2021. The remarkable statistics based on the first six months of 2021 are as follows:
  • The most visited month was January with 19.3 million.
  • In the first 6 months, 18.1 million monthly users visited Şikayetvar.
  • Most complaints were made in May, on Tuesdays and at 14:00.
  • The most searched brand on the page was Trendyol with 2 million 117 thousand 320 page views.
  • A total of 206 thousand 596 complaints were resolved in the first 6 months. The sector with the highest satisfaction rate was the mother-baby-child sector.
  • While Muş was the province with the lowest density of complaints, Istanbul was the province with the most complaints.

  • Finance - 177,887
  • Internet Providers- 133,852
  • Cargo Companies- 116,563
  • Shopping - 80,536
