The study examines the interaction of climate financing, innovation, and energy transition policies in achieving environmental and climate goals from a “trilemma” perspective, using the Brazilian example. The study emphasizes the need to strengthen financial mechanisms, support innovative technologies, and evaluate low-carbon transition processes within a holistic policy framework in line with sustainable development goals.
