Commissions of the Department of English Language and Literature

Commission	Purpose	Members
Adjustment Commission	Erasmus and Farabi students who are entitled to the transfer and upper grade transfer and who have been educated in any educational institution and who have received a central placement will be exempted from courses equivalent to content and credit in the courses included in the curriculum from the courses they are successful in the higher education institution. Graduation Commission	It initiates and follows the graduation process of the students who control and ensure that they meet the requirements for graduation.	Head: Asst. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Akman Kaplan Member: Res. Asst. Ercan Tugay Akı
Bologna Commission	Within the framework of the restructuring process in education and training organise and control the related processes.	Head: Asst. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Akman Kaplan Member: Res. Asst. Ercan Tugay Akı
Education-Training Planning and Coordination Commission	It attends, follows up and provides in-house information about the Regulation amendments and new accreditation processes.	Head: Asst. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Akman Kaplan Member: Res. Asst. Ercan Tugay Akı
Erasmus & Socrates & Farabi Commission	It ensures that students are educated in a different institution abroad and domestically in certain periods and manages the process. Double Major & Minor Commission	To guide and record students about courses they will take from other branches of education. Amnesty Commission	The student who has received an amnesty will perform the exemption procedures and determine the grades they should receive during their education. Club Counseling Commission	It monitors and controls the activities of our student clubs.	Head: Asst. Prof. Dr. Tuğba Akman Kaplan Member: Res. Asst. Ercan Tugay Akı
Academic Counseling Commission	They closely monitor and support the students until they graduate from the entrance to the school.	For freshman: For sophomore: For junior: For senior:
