Right to Late Registration for Applicants Who Missed the University Registration Deadline
The Council of Higher Education announced that candidates who missed the university registration deadline based on the 2026-YKS placement results are granted the right to register under special circumstances until September 4, 2026.
For candidates who were placed in a higher education program based on the 2026-YKS results, the university registration process ends today.
Candidates who were eligible to register but were unable to complete the registration process within the specified timeframe have been granted the opportunity for late registration.
Candidates will be able to apply to the higher education institutions to which they have been placed between August 31 and September 4, 2026.
Registration procedures will be carried out for candidates whose reasons for absence are deemed valid by the relevant higher education institution.
