 Change Management and Communication Event

The Department of Public Relations and Publicity is hosting an important dialogue on change management and communication. The event, which will take place on 19 April 2024 and will be hosted by Mahmut Sipahi, Internal Communication and Change Management Manager of PepsiCo Turkey, will offer opportunities for anyone who wants to manage change processes effectively.


This event aims to emphasize the importance of effective communication and management in the process of continuous change and continuous transformation of institutions today. It aims to provide participants with in-depth information on the basic principles of change management processes, effective communication strategies and their internal effects.
This talk is open to anyone interested in communication and change management.
