             Fatoş Bozkuş, editor of Ekonomist Magazine, was invited to the conference titled "The Place and Rise of Women in Economical Journalism" organized by the Istanbul Developmental University Public Relations and Publicity Department.
 
                     Assoc. Dr. Şükran Güzin Ilıcak Aydınalp program was held on 16 March 2018 with the participation of students. The bomb was about what kind of difficulties women face in business life. He talked about the fact that although women work in the same job position in the same position, sexism in the business world is a common occurrence that women earn lower salaries than men.
                     In the media world, men showed a more dominant role than women, and women showed birth as one of the most important reasons why women stayed on the second planet. In the field of Public Relations and Publicity, she said that women are in a more advantageous position than other sectors. Bozkuş, regarding the problems of women as managers, "I think that women are the syndrome of becoming managers. The reason for this is whether it is from the business world itself or from women. We should develop ourselves as managers as women, "he said. In addition, he emphasized that communication in the business world is not a matter of being a woman or a man to create a network. In the process of finding women's employment; women who think more closely than men, give importance to detail, evaluate the events according to their circumstances, and expressed that women are on the forefront.
 
                He stated that he observed the work environments in different countries because of his profession. According to his own experience, he said that in many countries, as in our country, he witnessed predominantly male domination in professional groups. "The business world needs women very much, women should be in more senior executive positions," Bozkuş said. As an example, the Communication Manager of Borusan Holding has shown as an example. Borusan Holding's corporate social responsibility initiatives, she said, is the effect of the holding of the communication com- munity as a woman in signing pioneering work to make women's social and economic position alive strong.
                At the end of the program, he said that his own economic journalism is a fun business, he has met many people from different sectors and traveled abundantly through domestic and foreign travels. Bozkuş answered the questions of the students after the presentation. Finally, he recommended that students learn English well, learn a second foreign language, recognize different cultures after graduation, and go abroad to study foreign licenses regularly and consistently in different fields.
