Tourism guides constitute an important pillar of the growing and developing tourism industry all over the world. In many sectors, with the technological developments, robots have started to take human being’s place but the necessity of human power in tourism with labor-intensive features, has always existed. Guidance is being practiced more and more professionally every day since it first started as a occupation. Individuals who will perform the guidance as a profession, can make a difference in the competitive environment of tourism sector, only if they have a good education and knowledge in their field. This can be achieved by getting the right training in the right place. The main aim of our department is to educate and train the human resources needed by the tourism industry at national and international levels with the quality of education in scientific, quality and international standards. In line with this goal, Gelisim University has taken it as a mission that providing the best environment and equipment for you.
