Announcement from TUREB

As it is known, articles containing some new changes in our professional law numbered 6326 were published in the Official Gazette on April 27, 2024. However, in order for these new articles to be implemented, changes had to be made to the regulation in which the details were determined. As TUREB, we gathered with all chamber representatives, TUREB board chairmen, our legal advisor and academicians at the beginning of June and held a workshop and forwarded the prepared draft regulation to the relevant unit of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. According to the newly accepted articles of the law, both the TUREB regulation and the Ministry regulation were prepared. Both regulations were sent to the Presidency for approval. The Presidency has been working for a while to ensure harmonization on the two regulations. As TUREB, we have been continuing our efforts to accelerate the process since the beginning. We continue to contribute to the process by holding meetings and interviews with the relevant places, taking into account the rights and interests of our colleagues and candidate colleagues. A detailed statement will be made after the regulations are approved and published in the Official Gazette.
