Tourism Guidance








 Field Training Tour (Stage III) Announcement for Tourist Guiding Graduates




Within the scope of the cooperation protocol signed between our Union and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye, and in accordance with the provisions of the “Law No. 6326 on the Tourist Guiding Profession and the Regulation on the Implementation of Duties and Authorities Granted to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism,” the Stage III field training tour will be organized.

Graduates of university departments of tourist guiding may apply for the field training tour provided that they meet the conditions specified in this announcement.

Applications will be accepted between March 26 and April 3, 2026. All applications must be submitted through the RBS system.

Applicants are required to upload the following documents to the RBS system:

  • Identification document (national ID card, driver’s license, or passport)

  • Graduation certificate or diploma

  • Approved transcript

  • Biometric photograph taken within the last six months

Graduation certificates can be obtained via the e-Government system. Transcripts can be acquired from university student affairs offices or student information systems.

All applications will be considered valid only after the submitted documents are verified and approved. Applications with missing documents will not be evaluated. The applicant is solely responsible for any false or misleading documentation.

The field training tours will be conducted in the Black Sea Region, Eastern Anatolia Region, and Southeastern Anatolia Region. Each program will last for 6 days and 6 nights.

Each program will be carried out only if a sufficient number of participants is reached. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the program will not be conducted.

During the application process, applicants must complete identity and contact verification through the system and upload all required documents in full. Applications will be considered complete after the documents are reviewed and approved.

Single room requests are limited and must be specified during the application process. Any changes related to the program will be communicated to participants in advance.

The field training tour, which is an important stage in the professional development of tourist guiding graduates, will be open for applications within the specified dates.
