Within the scope of the 2020 Project Year Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program, 30 personnel applied for Teaching Mobility and 69 personnel applied for Training Mobility. 21 candidates out of 30 candidates applying for Erasmus+ Staff Teaching Mobility from the main list, 26 candidates out of 69 candidates applying for Erasmus+ Staff Teaching Mobility from the main list were entitled to participate in the relevant program with a grant.
The staff in the Main List must inform our office until 11 February 2022 whether they will participate in the mobility or not. -15 points will be deducted from the next application of the staff who will waive without showing any force majeure after the relevant date. In case of the staff in the main list who waive to participate in the mobility, the staff in the backup list will be entitled.
Academic staff applying for both Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility and Erasmus+ Mobility to Study within the scope of the same project cannot benefit from two types of mobility at the same time.
The staff in the back up list can participate in the mobility without grant with the approval of the rectorate.
Unless there is a force majeure reason (such as the awarding institution's refusal), university changes cannot be made.
In addition, a detailed Online Orientation Meeting will be held regarding the next steps for our staff included in the main list. Participation in the meeting is obligatory in order to avoid any disruptions in the process. The date and detailed information of the Orientation Meeting will be shared with our staff in the Main list later on.
