The ceremony will begin with a cocktail reception at 09:00 a.m., followed by the official opening program at 09:30 a.m. The event will start with a moment of silence and the Turkish National Anthem, and continue with the screening of IGU’s promotional film.

Opening speeches will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Bahri ŞAHİN, Rector of Istanbul Gelisim University, Abdülkadir GAYRETLİ, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Prof. Dr. Ömer BOLAT, Minister of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

As part of the program, opening remarks will also be made under the theme “Gaza – Palestine.”
