Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala became the new General Director of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, one of the first women and African leaders of the World Trade Organization, is also a former finance minister in Nigeria. The New Director of WTO, who completed his education at Harvard University and worked in organizations such as the World Bank, was also included in the "100 Most Powerful Women in the World" list by Forbes.
