 World Bank's Statement on Turkey




The rest of the financing will go towards recovering from last year's earthquakes, improving energy security and addressing climate change-related issues such as floods, droughts and wildfires, the statement said. "The document is clear on what we will finance and what we will not finance," the statement added.
 
The World Bank Group shared the details of the CPF prepared for Turkey last week.The cooperation framework covering the fiscal years 2024-2028 will focus on three key development strategies: productivity growth, employment and better public service delivery, and resilience to natural disasters, the bank said in a statement.
