They also observed human resources and project management processes, gaining more detailed and compelling insights into the company.
The visit was welcomed on behalf of the company by Selva Sıla Yılmaz, project sales manager Eda Nöm Özdemir, and sales specialist Burcu Koçyiğit. Company officials gave informative presentations, particularly on recruiting young talent to the industry, preparing them for professional life, and career opportunities.
