The developments and demand for electric vehicles both in the world and in Turkey are increasing day by day. Today, the gradual increase in production, consumption, technology, and urban population puts both individuals and companies in a new search. At this point, electric vehicles, which are rapidly advancing to become an important alternative, have many important advantages such as protecting the environment, saving fuel, efficiency, and comfort. In addition to these advantages, there are some disadvantages because electric vehicles are on the agenda, especially in Turkey. For example, integrated planning is required in the location selection of charging points (especially fast charging). In addition, the necessary technological infrastructure should be provided for this. Another point in the use of electric vehicles is that the use of renewable energy for charging these vehicles has not become widespread. With the completion of the deficiencies expressed here, more environmentally friendly, cleaner, and more efficient transportation can be provided for individuals in our country as well.
