International Trade and Finance Department Assist. Prof. Serkan DEMİREL and Res. Asisst. Gökhan ÖZBİLGE's article titled " The Role of Digital Skills in Household Finance: Micro Evidence from Turkey" has been published. In the study, which investigates digital skills and socioeconomic factors that may affect household finance use, the findings obtained using the logit model from the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Usage Survey Micro Data Set provided by Turkstat show that household finance use can increase with education, income and labor force participation. Moreover, it is understood that digital skills such as spreadsheets, using formulas, and online learning can clearly affect the use of finance by households seeking to achieve their economic goals.
