The Eurozone, one of the most important examples of the Monetary Union, which is seen as an important stage of economic integration, continues to expand its environment. It is envisaged that Croatia, which will move to the Eurozone as of January 1, 2023, will be the 20th country admitted to the said region. With the signed agreement, 20 of the 27 countries affiliated to the European Union have moved to the Eurozone.
