"A stakeholder protocol was signed between the Department of Logistics Management and Fasdat Food Distribution Industry and Trade Inc. The protocol was signed by Prof. Kenan Aydın, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, and Cem Kurdoğlu, General Manager of Fasdat Food Distribution Industry and Trade Inc.
Asst. Prof. Kadir Mersin, Chair of the Logistics Management Department, and Emre İnanç Kayatürk, HR Director of Fasdat Food, were also present at the signing ceremony.
Based in Istanbul Beşiktaş and providing services to over 1,600 fast-food restaurants in Türkiye, primarily Burger King, the logistics company FASDAT delivers its services through storage and distribution centers in Gebze, Hadımköy, Ankara, Antalya, Izmir, Muğla, and Northern Cyprus. The company also operates in Georgia, Macedonia, and Northern Cyprus. Our Logistics Management Department students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the logistics sector through opportunities such as internships and technical visits. Furthermore, within the scope of university-industry cooperation, experienced logistics managers will share their experiences with our students."
