Having been introduced with the rapidly developing technology via internet and smart mobile devices, the
new media period has started. The
Department of New Media Communication, which is one of the most popular and wondered fields of our day, is functioning under the body of Istanbul Gelisim University, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences. The
Department of New Media Communication founded in 2014 received its first students in 2014-2015 academic year.
The curriculum of the Department of New Media Communication consist of correct and efficient use of digital communication channels. The curriculum that consist of theoretical and practical applications are prepared in accordance with the internationalization objective of our university, and enhanced with domestic and international up-to-date information.
