Titled "Communication Strategies to Enhance Student Motivation: Balancing Praise and Criticism," the article explores communication strategies to improve student motivation, including effective praise techniques, constructive criticism, balancing praise and criticism, celebrating and appreciating student success, maintaining balance in effective communication, and the role of student feedback in the communication process.
