The article discusses the use of artificial intelligence technologies in social sciences and the ethical challenges that arise from this usage. It highlights how the advanced data analysis and predictive capabilities of AI contribute to social scientists’ understanding of societal phenomena and individual behaviors. At the same time, it examines ethical concerns such as data privacy, anonymity, and algorithmic transparency, exploring the importance of responsible and fair use of AI technologies.
The study also reviews international ethical guidelines and regulations, emphasizing the necessity of continuously updated standards and dynamic regulations to address the risk of AI deepening societal inequalities. Recommendations for future AI policies are provided within the article.
