Assistant Professor Elif Şahin gave a presentation on her research regarding the integration of Syrian women living in the Esenyurt district at the “MiReKoc Wednesday Seminar Series” event held at Koç University’s Rumelifeneri Campus.
Şahin, who presented her study titled “The Social Integration of Syrian Women Under Temporary Protection: The Case of Esenyurt District,” focused on the challenges faced by women in this region and the ways they cope with these challenges.
The event was held both in person and online via Zoom.
