Autumn depression can be seen as the unhappiness, reluctance, fatigue, loss of appetite and excessive sleepiness experienced by people with the arrival of cool weather after the end of summer. Although autumn depression does not occur at the same level in everyone, it can affect some individuals more. In order to avoid autumn depression, which is accompanied by pessimism and excessive anxiety, it can be suggested that individuals try to live by becoming aware of the moment, and create their spiritual and intellectual safe areas by continuing their various hobbies or starting new ones.
