 Could You Be Summer Depressed?


Although many things can be counted among the causes of summer depression, which has a very low incidence, the effect of intense exposure to sunlight in seasonal affective disorder is high.


Although many things can be counted among the causes of summer depression, which has a very low incidence, the effect of intense exposure to sunlight in seasonal affective disorder is high. The exact cause of summer depression, like other seasonal depressions, is unknown. In addition to many environmental factors, the effect of individual factors is an important factor in the summer depression of individuals. Symptoms of summer depression may include loss of appetite, fatigue, apathy, insomnia, high levels of anxiety and heart palpitations.
