 The Anatomy of Relationships: Love and Manipulation Event Held


The event “The Anatomy of Relationships: Love and Manipulation”, organized by the Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) Psychology Club Academic Event Team, was held online on Monday, February 17.


The Psychological and Biological Foundations of Love

The guest speaker of the event, Expert Psychologist Aslıhan Yaman, explored the psychological and biological factors influencing the formation of love. She covered key topics such as emotional attachment processes and the role of brain chemicals in love, providing participants with a comprehensive perspective.

Manipulation in Relationships and Coping Strategies

The second part of the presentation focused on manipulation in relationships. It addressed manipulative behaviors, their psychological effects, and how individuals can cope with such situations in a healthy manner. Expert Psychologist Aslıhan Yaman offered practical advice on recognizing manipulation and developing boundary-setting skills.
