Three Research Projects of Our University’s Psychology Department Students Receive Support from TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program
Three research projects from our university's Psychology Department students have been awarded support within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program. The results, announced following the applications submitted in November 2024, reveal a proud success for our department.
The projects, supervised by Dr. Selcen Yetkin Özden, are important academic works that reflect our students' scientific curiosity and innovative thinking skills. The projects deemed eligible for support by TÜBİTAK are as follows:
The Effects of Progressive Muscle Relaxation Exercises on Perceived Stress, Anxiety, and Cognitive Performance
The Relationship Between Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Symptoms, Rumination, and Procrastination Tendency in Emerging Adults
The Effects of Digital Game Addiction on Rumination, Cognitive Flexibility, and Depression in Young Adults
The students involved in these projects, Ecrin Arslan, Ekin Kuruoba, A. Sümeyye Küçükali, Aslı Turhan, Zeynep Dalay, and Aleyna Kuruçayır, have made valuable contributions to the scientific productivity of our university. These studies are significant steps in developing a research culture at the undergraduate level and contributing to the academic growth of our students.
