In its most general form, work life balance can be defined as the ability of individuals to effectively manage their work and personal lives.

In its most general form, work-life balance can be defined as the ability of individuals to effectively manage their work and personal lives. 1. In fact, we can explain the situation we are talking about here as follows; We need to be able to get the satisfaction we need in both our business and private lives and to establish the balance between both.
Work-life balance is one of the basic keys to organizational success. The greatest resource this organization has is people. The psychological well-being and welfare of these people also bring positive results to the organization or company. It is possible to consider the positive results we mentioned in two categories. These are individual and organizational positive results. Individual positive results can be considered as improving relationships outside the work environment and improving working conditions. Organizational results can be listed as increasing the productivity of the individual, increasing commitment to the workplace and awareness of responsibility, increasing openness to teamwork, increasing communication potential, and increasing motivation.
