Our Department Chairman Made Evaluations on the Communication Strategy of War
Our Department Chairman Assoc. Dr. Sarp Bağcan made evaluations on the communication strategy of the war between Ukraine and Russia in the television program he participated in. Assoc. Dr. Sarp Bağcan, who explained how this propaganda war was carried out and made evaluations on international communication strategies, stated that the Ukrainian war was a turning point in history.
