In the second part of the interview, Polat distributed A4 paper to the participants and asked them to tear the paper from anywhere they wanted and fold it again. Continuing this action until the paper shrank, Polat pointed out that all papers are different and that communication is similarly different from each other. Emphasizing that man is a complex creature and that each person is different from each other, he said, “The society, culture, family and personality you were born into differentiate you.”

Talking about the importance of communication, Polat said, “When a person opens a company for the first time, 73% of them do business with their environment. If you have a reference in job interviews, your probability of getting a job increases by 63%.
