Istanbul Gelisim University Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences Public Relations and Publicity Department students attended the exhibition named "Islık Çalan Adam" (The man who whistles) which contains Ara Güler's photos, stories, videos, tables, objects, books, notes, personal items, cameras, press cards and collections. During the exhibition, participants saw the Ara Güler's works and the creation process of his work's. In the exhibition, which attracted great interest, visitors gained a lot of information about Ara Güler's life and unknown aspects of Ara Güler. Our Students told that they experianced a great afmosphere and they felt happy during exhibition, thanks to chance of getting information about Ara Güler.
Ara Güler Museum founded in 2016 as a result of the collaboration of Dogus Group with Ara Güler. Ara Güler museum meets people with exhibition called "Islık Çalan Adam" (The man who whistles) since 16 August, which is the birthday of Ara Güler. The museum which meets with art-lovers in istanbul/Bomontiada is considered as the first international museum of photography in Turkey
