Fiction, documentary, animated and experimental short films of no longer than 30 minutes can apply to the festival, which is supported by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Eight short films will be nominated as finalists according to the result of the elimination of the preliminary evaluation jury. The 3rd International Dystopia Film Festival Awards will be announced at the award ceremony to be held on April 29, 2023.
