Special Scholarship Opportunity for Top 5 Preferences at Istanbul Gelisim University!
As the 2025 Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) preference period approaches, Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) has announced an attractive scholarship campaign for prospective students. Candidates who list IGU among their top 5 preferences will be eligible for up to 30% additional scholarships.
According to IGU's official announcement:
• Candidates who prefer tuition-based programs within their top 5 choices will receive a 30% Top 5 Preference Scholarship along with an additional 10% On-Campus Preference Scholarship.
• Students placed in programs with a 25% OSYM scholarship will receive an extra 30% Top 5 Preference Scholarship and 10% On-Campus Preference Scholarship.
• Those placed in 50% OSYM scholarship programs will benefit from a 20% Top 5 Preference Scholarship and 10% On-Campus Preference Scholarship.
2025 YKS Preference Period: August 1–13
The Student Selection and Placement Center (OSYM) has also announced the schedule for the 2025-YKS preference period. Candidates will be able to submit their preferences between August 1–13, 2025, via ais.osym.gov.tr.
The Higher Education Programs and Quotas Guide is expected to be published on July 30, 2025.
