Diler Ezgi TARHAN participated as an invited speaker in the panel titled ‘There is One Who Hears Your Voice!’ organised by the Dean's Office of Beykent University Faculty of Communication on 14.01.25 between 13.00-15.00. TARHAN, who talked about combating violence against women together with the guests from Mor Çatı Women's Shelter Foundation and We Will Stop Femicide Platform, drew attention to what preventive measures can be taken within universities to combat violence and introduced the activities of TCCUAM as Assistant Director of IGU Gender Studies Application and Research Centre. Emphasising that such a unit or at least an emergency crisis desk should be established at Beykent University, our lecturer also stated that we are open to possible collaborations.
