International New Generations and Trends Congress (INGANT 2018)
IGU- Tourism Guidance Department was participated in the international congress.
In partnership Istanbul Gelisim University, Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, China-Zhejiang YueXiu Institute of Foreign Languages Hospitality Management (YIHA) and Thailand-Siam University, the first "New Generations and Trends in International Tourism Congress (INGANT 2018)" was organized in Sapanca Campus.
In the congress, aim to benefit from the development of sectoral dynamics by means of studies on innovations in the sector, changes in technologies used and changing consumer profiles, 75 papers were presented by 141 academicians from 40 different universities.
Istanbul Gelisim University- Tourism Guidance Department lecturers, Asst. Prof. Serdar ÇÖP, Asst. Prof. Özgür KIZILDEMİR, Asst. Prof. Salim İBİŞ, Asst. Prof. Fatma ÖZÇELİK HEPER, a large number of lecturer, academicians engaged in studies related to the tourism sector, as well as graduate students, sector representatives and local administrators were participated in the congress.
