 First Oğuz Atay Short Story Award Winner Announced


The winner of the Oğuz Atay Short Story Award, organized by the İnebolu Culture and Art Association, has been announced.


The winners of the Oğuz Atay Short Story Award were organized for the first time this year by the Culture and Art Association in İnebolu, the author's birthplace, on behalf of Oğuz Atay, the master writer of Turkish literature, have been announced. As a result of the joint decision of the Selection Committee, two stories were awarded.
 
As a result of the evaluations, "Hepimiz Bir Köşede" of Tamer Hırca and "Altı Buçuk" of Usame Yördem were this year's winners. At the end of the competition, the following stories were awarded the right to be included in the memoir to be published: Bahar Yaka’s “Koku”, Refiye Nevra Akdemir’s “Beyaz Masa Örtüsü”, Mustafa Soyuer’s “Hesaplaşma”, Vicdan Efe’s “Zülâl”, Ferda Albağ’s “Laneti Teyzem Bozdu”, Mehmet Galip Aksoy’s “Zeytin Ağacı”, Fulya Taşçeviren’s “Ağır Ölüm”, Behiye Sağlam’s “Asiye”, Havva Evin Akay’s “Elem Tere Fiş Kem Gözlere Şiş”, Zerrin Saral’s “Minço’nun Demirci Çırağı”.
