The number of patent applications made by universities operating in Turkey in the first half of 2022 has been announced. In the results announced by TURKPATENT according to January-June 2022 data, IGU ranked first by applying for patents with 17 national and international projects in the fields of technology and engineering produced and developed in its own research center laboratories.
Taking the lead in 2021 by making the most patent applications according to TÜRKPATENT data, IGU continues to make its name in the education sector with a total of 603 patents.
