The countdown has begun for Netflix Series Lab! Netflix-Turkey is implementing the Series Lab project in cooperation with Tatino Films and Impact Hub in order to support those who want to develop their careers in series scriptwriting. The aim of the project will be to support screenwriters and writer candidates who want to develop their careers in the field of TV series writing with hands-on training during the content development phase. The Series Lab will guide participants through a variety of training sessions from project development to implementation through a series of writing points that will appeal to the audience.
Netflix executives will accompany the five-month training, which will begin on November 1 and will be mentored by competent names from the international TV series/film industry. Applications for the Series Lab project will continue until September 25. Series Lab will continue with three-month online trainings, followed by five-day workshops that will take place primarily face-to-face. In the ongoing process, the participants, who will have the opportunity to present their projects to a group of Netflix executives, will receive a special three-week training with mentors from the TV series/film industries of various countries. The Series Lab Project will provide participants with the opportunity to meet with top names from the industry on a global scale, as well as convey the processes of Netflix's content development, delivery and execution. Applications for the project are made through Impact Hub's website. The trainings, which will start on November 1, will continue until February 28.
