Organized by the Language, Thought and Literature Club, the event "Teacher Characters in Cinema and Literature" was held online on Google Meet on Monday, November 29, 2021, between 20:00 - 22:00. Faculty members of the IGU Turkish Language and Literature Department, students, Language, Thought and Literature Club members and people from other departments of the university attended the event. The special guest of the event was IGU Radio, Television and Cinema Department Head Assoc. Dr. Remziye Kose Ozelci. Özelçi gave a speech on the representation of teachers in the cinema. In the continuing part of the event, the faculty members of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature and the members of the Language, Thought and Literature Club made a discussion and recited the poems. The event came to an end after the celebration of Teachers' Day.
