TADD Interview Questions:

1- First of all, can you introduce yourself? Why did you choose this field? When and how did you start?

My name is Sait İNANÇ. I am TADD Corporate Communications Director. I have been a media journalist for thirty years, I came to TADD after retiring from media. I've been here for a year and a half. It is a place where I come willingly and readily. I am quite satisfied. All the knowledge and experiences I have gained throughout my career are also very useful in the association. So I am quite satisfied.

2- Could you give us some information about the activities of the association? You can talk briefly.

Of course. TADD, as its name suggests, is an association that does everything on behalf of Africa and stands by Africa. A charity association. But not just "let's deliver food". It is in every field. Education, health, trade, agriculture… It is next to Africa in all fields. We organize local health organizations. We drill water wells in parts of Africa that need it. We distribute dairy goats to families and intervene in many disasters. We are working pretty hard.

3- Have you been to Africa before?

I have been in Africa thanks to TADD. By the way, I'm already of African descent. I learned about Africa and its features with TADD.

4- Can you tell us about your position? What does the Corporate Communications Director do, what is it, what does it do?

As the name suggests, communication. What does this mean? You will be in every field, everywhere. You will get on well with everyone. You will be friendly with everyone. You will educate yourself. It is a very enjoyable profession, but of course it requires experience. This is a collection that will last for years. You will be your environment, you will be in and out of many environments. Now you will have ideas in many branches.

5- How is your daily work flow?

First of all, I make a weekly plan. Places to visit, people to be interviewed… As part of our job, that is, on behalf of the association, we visit them, we go to organizations. It doesn't mean "help us". To introduce ourselves, to show ourselves and to be everywhere, to be seen in every authority. And what can be done for later, I program them. We are in working order with weekly and monthly plans.

6- Okay, Mr. Sait, you mentioned that you have been in the industry for thirty years. What jobs did you do during this process?

The weight passed in the media. It was even completely covered in the media. From producer to program director; I worked in corporate communication and behind the scenes in every task. It was a very fast paced and intense process, but it is also a very enjoyable sector.

7- You have a bit of a determined nature…

So yes. That job is dragging you away. You are not bored. When you say “Let me learn this, let me do that”, you both improve yourself, increase your circle and go further in your profession.

8- Would you like to say something about current media?

It's not like it used to be now. Because there are so many variables. Everything is going very regular, standard. Since there is the Internet, television is no longer attractive. I recently left the TGRT News Corporate Communications Directorate. News is also an enjoyable, dynamic industry with a constant pace. I would highly recommend this branch to my friends.

9- Do you have any suggestions for us, students of advertising department?

First of all, it is a very good branch, advertising. The most important thing I will tell my friends is that they are smiling. Constantly obtaining information about companies, businesses and operations. Traveling, visiting… Keeping human relations at the forefront. The more intimate you are with people and the more sincere you are, the more your credibility will increase. This helps you to advertise, get advertising and grow in that sector.
