Vice Head of Department of Advertising Assist.Prof.Dr. İpek Sucu's article titled "The Effect Of Corporate Social Responsibility Campaigns On Brand Image: Turkcell Sample" was published.


Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences (İİSBF) Vice Head of Department of Advertising Assist.Prof.Dr. İpek Sucu's article was published in the national refereed scientific journal "Yalova University Journal of Social Sciences". The article titled “The Effect Of Corporate Social Responsibility Campaigns On Brand Image: Turkcell Sample”, Sucu gave information about the social responsibility activities of the brands, and emphasized on the trust, image and reputation these studies have brought to the brand.

 
In the changing and developing brand understanding, today's consumers are also expected to be sensitive to various social problems and show responsibility in addition to the products or services they offer in their expectations from the brands they prefer. The importance of social responsibility appears here once again.

 
The concept of social responsibility has gained a different dimension with its “Corporate Social Responsibility” approach that has evolved over time. It has become undeniable recently, in which social responsibility efforts contribute in terms of brand image. It has become the backbone of the brand in order for the brand to form a promise of trust and to prepare the social responsibility campaigns in a strong and remarkable manner, so that the brand image that is necessary for the brand to hold on can also be formed.
 

It is an undeniable fact that social responsibility studies are of great importance for brands. The existence of social responsibility studies of a brand is very important in terms of providing trust and belonging to the consumer brand, creating a strong image and providing reputation management.
