 Etgar Keret Retrospective at Pera Museum


Pera Film is preparing to present a retrospective of TV series and films both directed and adapted from the stories of world-renowned Israeli writer Etgar Keret between May 11th and 31st.


The program includes much about Keret and his production processes, whose works have been published in many places such as The New York Times, Le Monde, The New Yorker, The Guardian, The Paris Review, and whose stories have inspired more than 40 short films.
Striking Everyday Lives: Etgar Keret program has activities that will get art lovers very excited. It will be possible to watch TV series and movies that will allow you to enjoy navigating Keret's unique world, both physically and online. After the screening of Jellyfish, which won the Golden Camera Award (Camera d'Or) at the Cannes Film Festival in 2007, on Tuesday, May 17 at 19:00, an interview with Etgar Keret will also be held. The language of the event is English, but there will also be simultaneous Turkish translation.
