Head of Advertising Department Prof.Dr. Hüseyin Dikme and Vice President of Advertising Department Asst. Prof. Dr. İpek Sucu's new article titled "Reflections of Social Responsibility and Service Quality on Communication and Perception in Health Institutions" has been published. The article was published in The Journal of International Social Research.


Dikme and Sucu made the following statements about their research in the summary section of the article: “A business can initiate a social responsibility activity for purposes such as managing attitudes and perceptions towards itself or its services, changing them positively and raising awareness, and for this purpose it can take action to solve a social problem. In this way, both the institution and the society gain some benefits. Businesses gain profit by creating a positive awareness in the minds of their target audiences, and by satisfying their expectations in the areas they need. In this direction, health institutions also tend to leave a positive impression in the media by carrying out social responsibility projects. Employee relations management is among today's important management strategies. Technological changes bring about differences among institutions, especially in the health sector, and create a competitive environment. Effective communication in the media plays an important role in achieving success and making a difference in healthcare institutions, and being employee-oriented is an important determinant in ensuring effective communication. "This study focuses on employee relations in healthcare institutions and the impact of social responsibility activities on institutions."
