IGU Ranked First in “Accessible and Clean Energy” in THE Rankings!
World university ranking organization Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Ranking 2024 results have been announced. In the ranking, among 2152 universities with the highest application rate in the world this year, Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) ranked 6th in the "Accessible and Clean Energy" category, increasing its success ranking by 6 places from 12 last year; It ranked 1st among the foundation universities in Turkey.
A total of 2152 universities were evaluated in the UK-based Times Higher Education (THE) ranking, the world's leading higher education rating agency, with the addition of 447 universities to the number of applications, which was 1705 last year. Turkey became the 2nd country with the most rankings in the Times Higher Education (THE) 2024 ranking, where 92 universities were ranked.
Advancing with the vision of a World University, IGU ranked 27th in Turkey and 7th among foundation universities in Turkey in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Ranking 2024 list; It ranked in the 801-1000 band worldwide.
